aspen art museum

Bluegreen is pleased to announce that we have received a 2015 Merit Award for Design from Colorado ASLA for our successful realization of the Aspen Art Museum streetscape. From the selection of a native plant palette that references regional assemblages, to wooden bench paneling that assumes a liquid quality, the design features simple, honest materials that are true to their origins, yet inspired in their applications. The result is a seamless integration of architecture, performative landscape, and art that elevates the human experience of a shared cultural gem.
