Project sites like this one are a unique treat, even in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains. With stunning outcroppings of Dakota Sandstone, dramatic slopes down to Dillon Reservoir, and a historic Douglas Fir gallery, this property offers National Park-level scenery and views. Bluegreen is working with the client and architect to create a family home that celebrates its sublime surroundings. The design integrates modern, geometric architectural moves with the rugged features of this spectacular site. Thorough site analysis and study are critical pieces of Bluegreen’s design process.
